2.1 "online reading" of PDF files
PDF, ZIP and ZIP/PDF files may have high storage capacities. It may therefore take some time to load them, depending on your Internet access. Please take this into consideration.

If PDF files cannot be opened using the Internet Explorer When you are working with PDF data, we recommend that you always load the files on your hard disks before you open them - which is possible then offline too, incidentally. To do this, please click the link to the PDF file with the right-hand mouse button rather than the left-hand one and then choose the point "Save Target As..." (or "Save Link Target As..." with the browser Mozilla) from the menu that appears. |

2.3 Compressed PDF files, ZIP/PDF Files, in particular large files which are not intended to be opened online, are available from us in compressed form (ZIP files). When you click the link for a ZIP (compressed) file, the browsers mentioned above will ask whether the file should be opened or downloaded onto your hard disk. When this happens, you MUST choose to download to your hard disk. Once the file has been downloaded from the homepage onto a folder on your hard disk, you can end your internet connection (come offline). To decompress the file, you will require the relevant software, such as WinZip, or similar.
